I'm not sure where I implied that it's natural. Even if I did, I'm not sure how "natural" necessarily means good.

Misinformation is also not necessarily about lying or deception. Someone could be misinformed, in that they took a perfectly valid fact and applied in the wrong context. That's not necesserily malicious.
